Instruction for Preparation
1.Use a beaker which volume is 3~4 times larger than that of solution.
2.Add buffer and shake until agarose powder mixed well with buffer and check total weight.
3.Heat the beaker by microwave oven on lower power just until bubbles appear and remove it from the microwave oven.
4.Swirl the beaker gently to re-suspend remaining particles.
5.Heat again on lower power until bubbles appear and hold for 30~60 seconds for melt perfectly.
6.Remove the beaker and add hot distilled water until total weight reach the recorded weight.
7.Mix thoroughly and cool down the solution 50~60 ℃ before poring to the cast.
